Voting in alliances

We, in our alliance came across a delema,  split decisions on a matter!
We wanted to aks ALL members what they think.
It would be nice to have the ability (the leader) to put up a question for voting!
Just like in the forum (here) but in the game.
Not voting only for leader but for game matters too ( to know what others think too)!

Well you can just simply ask your question in an alliance message, and people who will be have opinion, will answer it. I dont really think such feature would be very useful

HE ALREADY SAID THAT HIS UNIVERCITY WAS FULL BUT RESEARCHE TIME WAS HUGE
SO cause of the huge increased population bureaucracy was gone to hell
