Here are my Questions:

RE:
1 what are the bonuses?
2 I what does unique mean in this context?
3 Only IC can be transfered yet it say has been implemented? therefor ore and oil should be possible?
4 Does this include attacking without making them hostile 1st?

1.  The bonuses are increased productivity for everything, i dont remember the exact number.  Im guessing somewhere along the lines of 5% every 100...
2. It means you can have your own profile that is unique to you, as in, no one else (or almost no one else) will have the exact same profile information (as long as you dont write in custom stuff)
3.  They do mean IC only, this is so you can support allies in need, but prevents multis from trading with eachother.
4.  Neutral is attacking without making hostile, so yes.

does any1 know the exact bonuses, as im on 1000, and if it where 5% per 100, im sure i would have noticed a 50% bonus.

one can attack a neutral player without losing reputation? Then i guess ambush is possible nowadays.

Sure, but you do have your reputation timer reset, which somewhat limits this option. This also makes the entire enemy alliance hostile to you specifically.
