Players tracking and punishment system is in process of testing and final tweaking.
It will be officially deployed by the end of the week.
The System will serve players in many other account related aspects.

"Trade deficit" - in beta testing phase.
Will allow players to exchange IC between each other.
Each player will have a certain "Trade deficit" which will determine the amount of IC he can send to or receive from other players.

 - The Trade deficit will be equal to player's current net worth points * 20.

Example: If the player has 1,000,000 net worth points, his Trade deficit will then be 20,000,000.

 - Each sending or receiving of IC will, respectively, increase or decrease.

 - Each IC sending will generate Trade deficit loss, which will be determined by the receiver's current and maximum deficit difference.

Example 1: Receiver's maximum deficit is 100 IC. His current one is 90 IC. If 10 IC is sent, he will receive only 1 IC.
Example 2: Receiver's maximum deficit is 100 IC. His current one is 0 IC. If 30 IC is sent, he will receive
10 + 10 + 20/100(30 - (10) - (10 + 10/100*100)) = 21,8 IC

 - The player's maximum positive balance is equal to his current net worth points * 20

Example 1: If the player has 100 net worth points, then his maximum positive balance is 2000. His current balance is -200 (he received 200 IC). That means the maximum amount of IC he can send is 2200.
 
 - The IC is traded through Transporters, which travel with their standard speed.

 - Once loaded with IC and sent, the Transporters cannot be ordered back.

These changes are planned, please be aware of them:

- Entering Vacation Mode will not be possible while there are still traveling armies.
> This includes returning armies and relocation - all armies must be stationary.

> This change has been modified, see ahead.

- Time spent in Vacation Mode will not count toward the 1 week spent as a Rogue Nation following nuclear attacked.
> For example, if I launch nuclear missiles at an "innocent target", I become a Rogue Nation for 1 week; if, three days later, I go into Vacation Mode, when I come out of it I will still be a Rogue Nation for four more days.

> This change has been canceled.

More changes coming SoonTM to a server near you:

- Capitulation will be canceled if a War begins between the two players' alliances.

- Officer researches will affect alliance operations:
  > Economy: Affects all alliance money generation. Provided by Financier/Leader (whichever is higher)
  > Communications: Affects all alliance research. Provided by Scientist/Leader
  > Architecture: Affects construction time in alliance bases. Provided by Chief Engineer/Leader

- Upon destruction of the main base Infrastructure, alliance workers will be unhired, and cannot be rehired until infrastructure is repaired.

- Alliance resource bases will be indestructible as long as the nearby alliance base exists.

- All resource bases hit points will be significantly increased (roughly double).

Some more upcoming changes:

- A checkbox in the Training screen that allows you to auto-deploy divisions as soon as they are ready.
- A button in the Training area that instantly deploys all ready units (Premium users only).

These upcoming changes have been reconsidered and modified:

- Entering Vacation Mode will always be possible. However, attacking armies will be immediately turned back without hitting their intended target.
Note: This has been implemented.

- Time spent in Vacation Mode will continue to count toward the 1 week spent as a Rogue Nation (change canceled).

To be uploaded on Monday (possibly only to Realm 1 at first):

- Population density will have an effect on battles, in main bases only (a.k.a Urban Warfare)
- The Urban Warfare technology will have an effect for all units in all Urban battles (2,000 pop. density or higher).
- The firepower of tanks and helicopters (of both sides) will be reduced in Urban theatre; the firepower and hitpoints of infantry will be increased.
- Attacker artillery in Urban settings will cause infrastructure damage and population death, as collateral damage, at a cost to its battle damage. The higher the density, the bigger the effect. Defender artillery will fire at full power at the enemy.
- To clarify: Bunkers and minefields will experience no change.
